Eligibility
- Refunds are available within 14 days of the first payment on a new subscription
- Only the initial billing cycle is eligible — subsequent renewals are not refundable
- Refunds apply to Pro and Business plans purchased through our website
- Free plan users are not charged and therefore not eligible for refunds
How to Request a Refund
Email support@w2agent.dev with the email address associated with your account. Include your account email and the reason for your request (optional but appreciated).
Processing
Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. When you cancel, you retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Exceptions
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds
- Partial-month refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not provided — your access continues until the end of the billing period
