• P4-2 outcome-calibration pilot withdrawn. The beacon routes (/api/outcome-beacon/**) and the scripts/calibration/outcome/ harness were reverted from production. The pilot depended on third-party agents' fetch behaviour, which we don't control. Next credibility step: check-accuracy validation.
