By accessing or using w2agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You may use w2agent to audit, deploy, and interact with AI agents on websites you own or are authorized to crawl. You may not:
- Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to crawl
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
- Use automated scripts to abuse free tier limits
API Usage Limits
API access is subject to rate limits per plan tier. Exceeding limits will result in request throttling or temporary suspension. Limits are documented in your account dashboard. We reserve the right to adjust limits with 7 days notice for paid plans.
Free tier API usage is provided without SLA guarantees and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit to w2agent, including URLs, website content crawled on your behalf, and generated agent configurations. By submitting content, you grant w2agent a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your agents or the websites they represent. You may export or delete your data at any time.
Service Availability
w2agent is provided on an "as is" basis. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, w2agent and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
