What We Collect
When you use w2agent, we collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:
- Email address and name when you create an account (via Clerk)
- URLs you submit for auditing or agent deployment
- API keys you generate (stored as hashed values)
- Usage data: number of deploys, audit runs, and API calls
How We Use It
We use your data exclusively to operate w2agent:
- Delivering audit reports and deployed agents back to you
- Enforcing usage limits and billing (paid plans)
- Sending transactional emails (deploy confirmations, alerts)
- Monitoring service health via error tracking (Sentry)
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties outside of the sub-processors listed below.

Data Retention
Audit reports are stored in Vercel Blob indefinitely until you delete them or close your account. Deployed agent data (crawled content, generated MCP config) is retained as long as your site is active. We delete all associated data within 30 days of account deletion.
Cookies
w2agent uses session cookies set by Clerk for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@w2agent.dev. We will process requests within 30 days.
